Welcome to the official Real Club Depotivo site, brought to you with our partners 'Tripod'. We are a new club who will be playing it's first season in 2001/2002. The clubs name derives from the great Spanish team-Real Club Deportivo de La Coruna. The squad is primaraly made up of college students, aged between 15 to 17. If you fancy playing for this professionally run club, contact the head coach Matt Antell.
This site will hopefully improve communication among our team members and keep our fans up-to-date with the latest action and scores from our games. By including such things as the schedule, standings, and directions to grounds, I hope the site will cut down on phone calls and improve game attendance.

Rumours ar rife that RC Deportivo are on the brink of major coup, player/head coach Matt Antell will only say that he (the player concerned) is a player that has a lot of speed and ability and will be a good assett to the team. He will not confirm the identity of the player until contract negociations are completed.
There have been rumours that Locks Heath striker DAN STANFORD has become unsettled at the club, and he would fill the spot that Depor have been looking to fill recently, that of a strike partner for Nick Bampton.
When questioned about it, Stanford said "It's true that I will be reassesing my position over the next few weeks and my agent has said that a local team has been in touch with regard to my services for next season". This site will keep you updated with the latest news. |
